The manager took the drive thru order and was very knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and clear to understand during the entire process including taking my payment and handing me my food. She explained to me the menu and no breakfast items or hot drinks served there. She even answered my question about if there was the chicken salad sandwich that summer, which I did not have since they didn't serve it this year. She even asked if I wanted Arby's sauce and suggested " light on the sauce" when I declined the extra packets and wanted less sauce. The food bag was packed properly as in the old days where the food items are neatly packed in the bag with napkins on top. The perfect drive thru experience was at this store today.
I'm a huge fan of Arby's in general, and this location is no exception. Only thing worth mentioning is that they sometimes run out of the stuff I like to get (most often is the Dr Pepper)
I love this store. Eating low carb diet is easy at Arby's. This store seems to be closed for the past few weeks. They were open for drive thru... but now everything is closed. Arby's we miss you!
My friends had been bugging me to try this place out. Apparently, their roast beef is one of a kind. So I did, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The beef was just perfect. The friendly waiters also made the ambiance in the restaurant inviting.
